Wayne, if you look at the attachment, it's pretty clear what the complaint is.
The user searched messages using "Advanced Search". The result list/table/folder (classement/dossier) contained "empty" (vide) messages dated 01/01/1970. The French terminology is not very clear.

What is clear is that the person should repair their MSF file which has obviously gotten out of step since it shows the well-known "phantom messages".

I'd close this as INVALID. It's clearly a support problem.

Reporter: Please repair your message summary file and then try again.

And please note: The forum language is English.

LEGRAND,
Do you frequently see this problem?
Does it happen again after you repair the folder?

Perhaps related to bug 209501

Always, when I make a move as a result of a search
The "repair" of the folder brings nothing more and does not solve this anomaly

I can reproduce the problem.
The phantom messages do not appear in the search window with the results.
But when you move any of the found messages to another folder, Thunderbird creates the same number of phantom messages in the other folder as the number of messages you moved to it.
After repairing the other folder the phantom messages disappear.

Repairing the "searched" folder before starting the advanced search doesn't prevent the appearance of phantom messages.
