12797 - can't scroll to next line

1.M9 used on NT SP3
2.scrolling worked well until around mid of the page
3.when pressing 'download' doens't work, 'page down' is working fine, scroll bar
is also working fine.

I'm marking this bug worksforme because: I've been unable to reproduce #2 in
this bug report. My post-m9 build does not have a problem scrolling this page.
Both the download links on the URL work perfectly for me. The last two things
you mention are not bugs (obviosly! :)). If I've misunderstood something or
overlooked something, please reopen this bug. Thanks.

Hi,

     Thanks for your response. I probably didn't say it clear
enough,apology. What I meant is that:quite often, 2 or 3 times a day, I
found "keyboard down arrow" doesn't work, while "page down" works fine.
When I  pressed "down arrow", the page was refreshed, but obviously
there is some bug with rendering, so it didn't go to the next line. But
when I used mouse or "page down" to scroll, it worked just fine.

     Any way, I think M9 is pretty good, it hasn't crashed on my
desktop. Please keep going, I am anxiously looking forward to the beta.
