Details
From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (OS/2; U; Warp 4.5; en-US; rv:0.9.8+) Gecko/20020226
BuildID: 2002022616
There two bugs:
1. I have a lot of bookmarks in the "root". Mozilla doesn't scroll them by if
mouse is on the last line w/ "downarrow" sign. On attempt to scroll bookmarks
down by downarrow key Mozilla automatically scroll them up.
2. Ctrl+X & followed by Ctrl+V doesn't work in Bookmark manage window.
It cuts current bookmark on Ctrl+X (Cut), but doesn't insert in on Ctrl+V (Paste)
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to menu "Bookmarks" and try to scroll them by mouse, or by downarrow key
2. Go to Manage Bookmark & try to move some bookmark by Ctrl+X & Ctrl+V

OK, I sucked. The dup is only for the bookmark scrolling.
Reporter, please only one bug per message since this can lead
to the situation I'm now in (i.e I can only change the status
to REOPEN which is not the case).
