I just tried updating my aurora install and it failed. I downloaded the same build and installed it to a new location with the same failure. I also tried using a new profile with the same result.

When trying to download the mar I get the following

Rail, the SHA1 watershed is at 20151223004004, so rstrong's build is slightly older. But the oldest 'directory' in the bucket is mozilla-nightly-updates/mozilla-aurora/20160517004009/. The braindead solution is to modify the Firefox-mozilla-aurora-nightly-20151223004004 blob to remove partials, and point at the complete.mar on archive.mozilla.org. What do you think ?

I bet this is a problem on central/nightly too, only for builds older than 20151209095500.

We expire MARs in that bucket after a month (IIRC). This is the reason why S3 returns AccessDenied. Canging the URLs to archive.m.o should help.

It looks like we never had a SSE2 watershed on nightly or aurora, see bug 1271762 comment #18.
