To allow addons to customize Container behavior and manage containers documentation how to use OriginAttributes is needed.

AIUI they are a fairly low-level concept used in many places. Some information on how they play into higher-level concepts (page navigation, tabs, storage management) would also be appreciated.
This sounds like something that should be added to MDN, so I've changed the product and component.

https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Tech/XPCOM/Reference/Interface/nsICookieManager2 also needs to be updated - using that interface as documented spews deprecation warnings to the console.
We'll also need to document the changes to the nsIPrincipal interface as well.
