So bugzilla truncated everything after the first emoji I typed. I reproduce here without emoji, replace p by poo). I set document.title="ptptptptptptptptp5131tptptptptpt34pp32ptptptpttptptptptpttptpppppp" (replace p by poop emoji, I gotta file this bug on bugzilla now) and see the attached behavior, where unknown codepoint is displayed instead of one of the poo. Also, the truncation with ... is happening too early, as seen in the picture there's still plenty of room on the line to write more text.
