Details

For Budget Request votings we can see who already voted. This is not the case for manually created votings, nor for Reps of the Month votings. Since those are Range votings, we need to make sure that we value privacy here. The ideal case would be "Person X has voted". Like that we can still see who we need to contact to make sure they can give their vote as well, while still having privay guaranteed.
