Limit Cookie to _x_ days deletes cookies when Mozilla is restarted

Details
When I set Cookie Handling to "medium" privacy, and limit cookies to 90 days in
Mozilla 0.9.8 Browser, the cookie remains during the session. However, if
Mozilla is exited and restarted (within 90 days), it deletes all the cookies.

Which build did this occour? Is it a new or an old one? Maybe you should try
downloading the latest overnight build to see if you have the same problem
|

This bug really old, and the reporter hasn't added enough information to make it
fixable. I reccomend that this bug be marked INVALID.
