128080 - Different behavior of composition window when opened by doubleclick rather than "Edit Draft" Button

When a draft is opened into composer, there is a difference
in behavior depending on how it was opened.  Most significantly, 
the save button exhibits the following behavior:

  When opened from "Edit Draft", save will overwrite the 
   original message.  When opened from a doubleclick, save
   will add another copy of the message to your drafts folder.

On some IMAP folders double-click on an message opens the edit window, as if it
were a draft message. But these folders are not draft folders.

This only happens to one of the two servers I use. And affects only some folders.
