Steps to reproduce:

I have to monitors. SyncMaster 204B at left side and LG L194WS at right.
I start FF when left monitor is active. I have about ~20tabs. When FF window is appeared at left monitor but still loading I move FF to the right monitor.


Actual results:

When FF is loaded the page window is rendered wrong (see attachment)


Expected results:

the page should take whole size
Did it use to work with 45 or 46 (or older)?

If yes, could you the tool mozregression to find a regression range, please.
