This intermittent is happening on Windows 7 debug e10s. I'm attempting to green-up the mochitests so they can run on Windows 7 VM (AWS), and this intermittent seems to happen quite frequently there (in this case, 7 times out of 100 runs): https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=try&revision=d59f08c1a95b10f05f354a7878b8968cc34ceff1&filter-searchStr=7%20vm%20debug%20bc5&selectedJob=25129781 Neil, I see your name on the test history, would you perhaps be able to look at this please (or disable it on win7?) This failure hasn't happened in years. I filed bug 1631613 about reenabling it.
