This assertion count *appears* to be stable. I'll adjust as more testing is completed.

Filing this bug as a means of tracking modifications to the test to prevent these assertions from causing the test to fail in Autophone. Feel free to WONTFIX.

This should be fixed by bug 1295138. My recent try run failed to run autophone tests. I'll look into that and resolve appropriately.
