128164 - Toolbar button checked state not visible on Windows XP/XP theme with Mozilla classic theme

Mozilla build2002022703 Windows XP with XP theme selected
When using the classic theme on Windows XP with XP theme, the buttonstate 
(up/down) of toolbarbuttons is not visible. When a button is down is is 
rendered as in up state

Steps to reproduce:
1) Set Windows XP to XP theme.
2) Start Mozilla, select Classic theme (native rendered controls)
3) Open composer
4) Type some text, select text and make Bold

Expected: The 'bold' button is rendered as pressed when cursor is in bold text
Actual: All buttons are always up.

Not composer specific, also goes for buttons on Print Preview

WindowsXP support has vastly improved the last few months. Reporter, please try
with a newer build and reopen if it still occurs for you. Please also try with a
clean install and a new profile as profiles created with earlier versions of
Mozilla often cause breakage in newer builds.

No improvement seen for this in the latest builds, 2002041903 and RC1,still 
having the same problem. (Both with composer and Print Preview 
portrait/landscape buttons) Note it happens with Classic theme, and XP theme 
selected on XP.

Works for me, using build 2002060406 - WinXP.

Done some testing, this problem only happens when on Windows XP the 'Windows 
XP' theme is selected. When using 'Windows Classic' 2000 look it works 
correctly. Did you test with classic or XP theme?

Reopen, changed summary because this only happens when Windows XP theme is 
selected in Windows.
