User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:47.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/47.0 Build ID: 20160606114238 Steps to reproduce: Download a file Actual results: The Download button shows the blue arrow animation expanding to notice the user that a download has happened. However, the arrow remains stuck on the GUI and is not refreshed until manual intervention refreshes the parts of the GUI where the arrow remained. In addition, mouseover on parts of the gui that cause refreshes only eliminates parts of the arrow, which remains weird and ugly on the GUI. Expected results: The arrow should have cleaned after itself after appearing, or at least remain until the user acknowledges the download and then disappear completely.
