Description taken from bug 4348:

On the Mac, bugzilla's display was mangled with the GFX widgets enabled.
Rectangles were being drawn strangely with a Picasso look to it.

This needs to be assigned to a Mac person. Is safe to describe this bug as "Mac
does not display Japanese characters correctly."

Set to M11 since Mac is in untestable state these days
move to M12. No time to work on Mac for M11

I cannot reproduce this problem any more. I think it is fixed by someone else.
Mark it as M10 works for me.

This does not happen anymore.  Tested 9-28 and 9-29 Mac build.
