Bug 1071880 and Bug 1142937 enable performance monitoring notifications for addons. If a slow addon is detected a notification bar is shown. This should be ported to Seamonkey.

Anyone want to give this one a shot? It's either not working or my addons are fine :) Do not see a notification. Is navigator.js the right place for the init. It's browser.js in FF but our browser.js is completly different aka barebone. Ported recentwindow.jsm to get things going fast. This should go in a separate bug if ok.
