Select-All has stopped working in TB (47.0 up to date). Its still working in all other apps, and continues even after a restart of either TB or the computer. Error console says: Timestamp: 27/6/16, 8:50:07 AM Error: ReferenceError: gENForward is not defined Source File: chrome://messenger/content/messenger.xul Line: 1

An update - it looks like some of the other command keys don't work - for example Command-C generates the same error.

Looks like this isa bug on the EnForward extension not being compatible with TB47.0 , filed also on http://hogi.sakura.ne.jp/hiki/?IssueTrackingSystem

If it's an add-on problem, we close this bug as invalid ;-) Besides, I have no problem with "select all" and "copy" (in the compose window I assume).
