Selected parameters thru newsgroup/properties/Default character coding does'nt
remain, and "Arabic (IBM 864) is still displayed.

Same thing for off-line selection of newsgroups : the check marks are not memorized.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Select a newsgroup
2.Properties
3.Thumbnail "general info" and thumbnail "Offline"

Actual Results:  Selected parameters are lost

Expected Results:  Memorized them.
yeah, this whole dialog is broken because of bug 127938, which was fixed yesterday.
