User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:49.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/49.0 Build ID: 20160625004039 Steps to reproduce: When I updated Thunderbird to 47 Beta, everytime I turned it on I recevied a row of alerts saying the Google Calendars couldn't be attached. I removed all of them reinstalled Provider for Google Calendar addon and attempted to newly add my Google Calendar. Instructions https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/using-lightning-google-calendar say "3. Choose Google Calendar. 4. Click Next. 5. Enter your Google email address and click Next." Actual results: I couldn't click "Next" on point 4, cause I had to fill in a text area under the radio buttons. Filling it with my email address didn't work Expected results: AFAIK there shouldn't be a text-area in that panel, or it should accept Google Calendar's address. Actually, I don't know whether this is a Tb or a Thunderbird bug.

Do you have other calendar related addons installed, especially the EWS provider? If so, please diable those and retry. EWS provider is known to cause problems with the calendar wizard. Do you see any output in the error console when reproducing the issue? If so, please attach them to this bug.

Oh, yes! Sorry for not having checked before. I created a blank profile, installed Provider for Google Calendar and checked the error console: some warnings when opening TB, but above all I get a Data e ora: 29/06/2016 14:54:52 Errore: SyntaxError: missing ] after element list File sorgente: chrome://gdata-provider/content/gdata-calendar-creation.js Riga: 126, Colonna: 33 Codice sorgente: for each (calendar in calendars) ]); When I try to add the Calendar. This is an Italian Console, but I figure out you can imagine what those words mean :) Thanks a lot

Looks like I should create a new release. This has been fixed, but is not in the latest provider for google calendar release version. I'll see if I can get to that soon.

I've uploaded a new version to AMO which should be reviewed in the next few days.
