Created and stored at http://people.mozilla.org/~jgriffin/ep1.tar.gz; is this sufficient, bc?

It's missing the ep1/js/quitter.js which I failed to check in. I'm a little concerned that this could be considered infringing distribution though unless we password protect it. I think I would prefer it be hosted on mana.

I uploaded a version with the js directory to mana and linked to it from https://mana.mozilla.org/wiki/display/ateam/Autophone
