We could probably get away with removing the "device" capability from Marionette. It was used by the test runner to determine whether to start the HTTPD on an external-facing IP address, rather than a loopback-only hostname. maja_zf said we elsewhere look at the browserName capability, which as a plus is specified by WebDriver. It returns "Fennec" with Firefox on Android.
