When a bug is filed we should determine, based on version number and/or user agent metadata, which release train the bug was filed under.

This is because it's important for the purposes of quality and release management to understand where in the release cycle a bug has been filed.

There's an API that can be used for looking up train vs. version https://product-details.mozilla.org/firefox_versions.json
