Details

As with the AWS systems in bug 1267290, the MozReview dev environment could benefit from a vendor tarball for the installation of BMO (which currently is in an Ubuntu 14.04 docker image).

dylan has put one up at http://people.mozilla.org/~dhardison/bugzilla/carton/bmo/ubuntu-14.04/local.tar.gz but we'll need a proper home in S3.  It will have to be updated with the other vendor tarballs as needed.
