I set up my account the first time through Persona, and now cannot enable MFA in my Bugzilla account settings. 

Preferred resolution is to migrate my account to a native Bugzilla account, but I'm happy to accept other solutions.
Just log out, go to the top right and click "Forgot Password". A token will be emailed to your email address which will allow you to reset your password inside the Bugzilla database. Then you will be able to login without using Persona. Knowing the new password will also allow you to enable 2FA. Note that Persona will be going away in the near future so all of this is a good move anyway.
