1283297 - Help non-Mozilla staff signin in with Google

Staff will easily be able to use Google auth because Mozilla has a Google Apps account that ties @mozilla.com to Google. 
Some users, who need to sign in, need some "hand-holding" to get access using Google. 

In particular this involves explaining the situation and even showing them how to set up Google accounts with their non-gmail identities.
