Using latest nightly builds, in the last two days I noticed a weird behavior of "manage your Do Not Track settings" link in the Privacy preferences, which opens a new tab. How to reproduce: 1) Install nightly build (currently using 50.0a1, 20160629030209). 2) Open Preferences > Privacy. 3) Click the "manage your Do Not Track settings" link to change DNT settings. What happens: 1) The DNT settings modal window is opened together with a new tab (URL: http:///#) and Nightly even switches to that tab. What should happen: 1) Only the DNS modal window is opened.
