That AMO link is not Stylish, its something completely different. This bug does not actually discuss what's needed either. I'll note that the Stylish version on the Chrome store actually has some comments in it about what's working or not in Chrome.

This is not missing anything and contains an applications key in manifest.json to run as a Firefox add-on. Yay! Not quite sure why its not AMO, but this looks good in quick testing.
