User Story

As someone trying to understand bugzilla users, it would be useful to know for each bug, how many bugs, including the current bug, the user had filed at the time the bug was created, so that I can draw inferences about bug filer behavior and test changes to bug filing.
It would be useful to have the ordinality of a bug, because we're interested in repeat bug filers and want to understand that better and use that in reporting dashboards.

What we'd like to know is, at the time a bug was filed, how many bugs, including this one, had they filed. And that value should be a field in the bug. 

This bug, for example, would have the value 62 for its user ordinality field.

It's possible for us to calculate this outside of bugzilla, but we'd like to bring these dashboards back into bugzilla instead of third party tools so having this as a computed field for a bug.
There's a work around we can use so marking as a P2.
