Steps to reproduce:
The usual scrollbars became invisible with 47.0b1 (and b2). Or they became incredibly large. Point is, there is just a grey bar at the right edge. Screenshot is attached. For 45.2b1 the scrollbar was fine.
I would guess this came up with gtk3.

You're right, this is a gtk3 issue but already fixed. I'm not sure in 48 or in 49.
I'll close it as WORKSFORME because it's fixed in a later version.
