BuildID: 2002020511

Currently many websites open new windows with the buttons missing, scrolers, and
fixed size etc. Other than the securty issues with allowing them to only have a
blank frame (which they could then fake the Security icon in etc) I think it
would be very useful to be able to disable this "feature" webmasters are so fond
of using. In the Advanced options etc.

Also it would be very useful to have an Advanced menu on the right click context
menu on which I could re-enable the parts of the window that had been disabled
on that particular page

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to a site with popups
2.try and get the URL, resize the window. or do something else like that
3.

Expected Results: Would be a very useful feature if I could Right click ->
Advanced -> Enable scrolers and URL bar
