Apparently the permaorange hasn't actually bothered anybody, but at some point we probably ought to fix it rather than just either starring permaorange as an intermittent, or deciding to just stop starring an entire tree in order to have some justification for ignoring it.

when we have a new signed addon, could you please land it on trunk, aurora and beta so the failure doesn't occur again when we uplift aurora to beta.
