1284758 - [meta] Enable disabled mochitest testcases for Pointer Events

There are currently 64 testcases for Pointer Events, which are webplatform-tests intrinsically. To be automatically tested, we wrap them into Mochitests. In this time, 25 of those testcases are disabled for some reasons. This bug is filed to track those disabled testcases and try to enable them, which are listed below.

Ben, is bug 1284200 duplicate of this?

AFAIK, there are two different issues. This issue is for tracking disabled testcases and re-enabling(fixing) them. Bug 1284200 is for enabling automation testing on try, which focuses on testcases that are already enabled.

However, I think we can ask Stone for more input ;P
