Steps to reproduce:
I was downloading PDF.
Actual results:
Firefox draws blueish shadow rectangle somewhere in the menubar, see screenshot. Sometimes this looks like a huge arrow in the background. Shortly speaking
Expected results:
1. No any shadow rectangle or arrow should appear. Never.
2. Stop "improving" things that are working fine already.
3. Stop making Firefox bigger due to useless/cosmetic improvements.
4. Better fix the real problems (see e.g. my reports) instead of doing 2 and 3.
