Details

Now that Switchboard has evolved into a client-side tool that grabs config data from a passive server (Kinto), we'd like to make it a standalone Java lib and rename it in the process since it's completely different from the original Switchboard.

Having a standalone lib will also make it useful for other Android developments than Fennec
