goal: remove all leaks in crmf tests run with lsan enabled
how to test:
  * build NSS with USE_ASAN=1 to enable lsan
  * run crmf tests: cd tests; NSS_TESTS=crmf ./all.sh

Note: before working on this, please make sure that AddressSanitizer reports leaks on your machine, and then start fixing them. You might have to use Linux, clang on OS X doesn't seem to properly support ASan.
