win32 build 2002022808, win98se, but have seen it in the last several builds In the message view pane, link underlines are not always painting for plain text messages. I have prefs set to always underline links. Often, but not always, a link in the message body is not underlined. Hiding the message window and giving it focus causes the underline to paint (if the link is partially hidden behind a window only the part that was hidden is painted). Sometimes scrolling repaints it, sometimes not. For a message with several links in it, some may be underlined and some not. All are colored appropriately, though. Seen a lot in newsgroups, where plain text messages with embedded links are pretty common. Classic theme, in case that matters.
With this particular message, the missing underline on the second link happened repeatedly when the scrollbar was dragged to read the message. When the scrollbar was clicked, the underline appeared. Read a different post and return to this one, and the second link was missing the underline again.
It seems this was a temporary bug, and isn't happening anymore.
