New container tab in tabs list on OS X 10.9 don't have an arrow showing there is a second level menu

New container tab option
When clicking on tabs list, there is a place to open new container tabs. When hovering it, it's opening a second level menu. On OS X 10.11, this is correctly showing an arrow, allowing to guess there is a second level menu. But on OS X 10.9, the arrow isn't here, as visible on the joined screenshot (sorry, this is localized nightlies, so the text is in French)

Thanks for the report. This was actually filed yesterday as bug 1284464, so I'm making this a dupe of bug 1284464.
