0. Paired Fennec and TV
1. Launch Browser app
2. Open "http://www.autoartmodels.com" web page
3. Using scrolling bar on Fennec remote control

[Expected result]
Scroll normally

[Actual result]
The web page will zoom in

I don't have nexus player now. But I can't reproduce this on b2g-desktop.
From my test, you should move mouse cursor in the web content, the scroll event will be sent to cursor position. Maybe you can try again to see if the cursor is in tool bar makes the scroll to zoom-in?

This issue is not just page zoom in, it's already under page scrolling but with zoom in-ed page

The physical mouse wheel can't work on FxOS TV, so I can't compare it with remote-control service.

The page still zoom in even when the cursor is on the page. Investigate the event received in browser may be a start point to debug.

Remote Control is out of 2.6 scope
