If you put, say
  nsInternetCiter
in the search box (with leading spaces) then SearchFox doesn't find anything. If you search with trailing spaces, but no leading spaces, then it does find results. DXR seems to remove both leading and trailing spaces.

(I hit this because I copied some text into the clipboard and accidentally included leading space, and used it with my search keyword.)
I remember discussing this with Bill at some point, and I believe this behavior is deliberate.
