As you can see in the following report the source links all go to the fx-team repository. But the build used here is a mozilla-central Nightly build.

I think this is fallout from bug 1270317, and the patch in bug 1279048 should fix it. The source links should still be valid, as the changeset is correct, just the repository is wrong. Since we merge changesets around project branches you can link to any merged changeset on any branch, it's just not technically correct.
