Steps to reproduce
1) open browser with an navigator window (must be the first nav window)
2) load a page (e.g., this one) by clicking through
3) now type another URL into the URL bar and press enter
   ==> a page loads (activity in the status bar), but ends up in 
       the same page loaded before.

Expected result:
   URL typed into URL bar in step 3 should load; not reload the previous page.

The behaviour is correct when closing the first nav window and
opening a second one.

WFM.  Please try a newer build.  Does this occur with a clean profile?

It's indeed vanishing when I start with a clean .mozilla directory.
Should be a target task for 1.0 to migrate mozilla profiles from older
versions to enable easy upgrade.
So this one can be marked as resolved/invalid.
