Steps to reproduce:

on macos sierra beta 16A238m

- launch FirefoxDeveloperEdition 
- try to move Firefox's window by dragging the titlebar (no matter whether the titlebar is shown or not using customize)


Actual results:

- the window stays in place (it cannot be dragged)


Expected results:

- the window should move
Firefox browser windows - unable to drag/move browser window anywhere.

I can, however, 'drag' a 'tab' from the current window & re-position the 'new tab-window) -
update: I can re-size the browser window, AND I have found that if I position my mouse in the lower-right corner of the window - I can move the current window.
