Steps how to reproduce with  English SeaMonkey (unofficial by frg) 2.47a1  (NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:50.0)  Gecko/20100101 Firefox/50.0 Build 20160628114904  (Default Classic Theme)  on German WIN7 64bit:

1. Launch browser → <f1> for Help →  search Help for "address book" → 
   click hit "Importing Address Books"
2. Launch Address Books Editor via icon in status bar
3. Menu 'Tools → Import → Address Books → [Next]'
   » Dialog with list from what sources import is possible is shown
4. Compare offered options with help text from step 1

a) Issue: "Outlook" is greyed out in step 4, explication is missing
b) Issue: "Netscape" no longer listed in step 4", Impossible or 
   explication in Help required?
c) Issue:  "Eudora" no longer listed in step 4", Impossible or 
   explication in Help required?
d) Issue: ".vcf" and "Becky!"  not explained in Help
