The current NSS_CLIENT_TAG (used by the trunk of the
Mozille client) is the NSS 3.4 Beta 2 release. I need
to update the NSS_CLIENT_TAG to pick up the NSS bug
fixes checked in after NSS 3.4 Beta 2.

I will list the NSS bug fixes required by the Mozilla
client as the dependencies of this bug. A few other
bug fixes, not really required by the Mozilla client,
will also be included, because I will be updating the
NSS_CLIENT_TAG to the next NSS 3.4 pre-release milestone,
as opposed to hand-picking bug fixes.

We are working towards NSS 3.4 RTM, so all of these
NSS bug fixes have undergone code reviews comparable
to the r= and sr= of the Mozilla client team.
Added dependencies:
bug 108021 (fixed)
bug 110062 (fixed)
bug 122261 (fixed)
bug 125808 (partially fixed)
bug 126653 (fixed)
bug 126834 (fixed)
bug 127345 (fixed)

Note: we want to wait until the fixes get into NSS_CLIENT_TAG
to mark these bugs fixed.
