2. Enable accessibility

  2a. Set pref
user_pref("devtools.chrome.enabled", true);
  2b. Tools > Developer > Browser Console
  2c. Paste
Components.classes["@mozilla.org/accessibilityService;1"].getService(Components.interfaces.nsIAccessibleRetrieval);

3. Load the testcase.
