[Testing Steps] 0. Paired Fennec and TV 1. Launch Browser app 2. Open any web page 3. Using touch pad to move mouse cursor 4. It's hard to reproduce, reproduce rate is 1/20 and cannot reproduce anymore now. Will attach more information once this issue can be reproduced again.
