there seems to be some weird names. Not really sure where this file is being used:
"Mozilla Editor" never heard about that one....
"Seamonkey" we dont have that either...

We don't use editor.jst
I'd remove the file, but we'd eventually like to fix the "make composer a
separately installable component" bug and then we'd want it. At that time we'd
have to re-write it and fix this kind of thing.
