As of bug 1282866, we have desired to retire/remove Qt widget from the tree.

There is still a lot of vestigial Qt widget code in gfx that we should get rid of.

Plugins depend on the thebes gfx Qt renderer code, which we no longer need/support/have, so it just needs to be nuked as well.
