I am not a tech but have been having terrible problems with Flashplayer on Mozilla, windows 7 32 bit operating system. the 18 version worked for me very well, then website insists i update to latest version 22 something... finally somewhat workable eg. minimal crashes, could put up with it.

NOW that was blocked! Which lead me to this BUG LOG.
So Version 23.0.0.162 is required.

I can download the install file but it opens a blank window with no option to do anything. What is going on that the 2 applications are constantly changing and truly getting worse and worse?

There is NO available Flash for me at the moment and I cant get any support from Adobe or Mozilla. Iv gone through all the forum suggestions and followed recommended directions to no avail. I am beyond the beyond of being beyond. Can SOMEBODY PLEASE assist me before I slit my own throat in despair!

Thank you in advance, from my carpet. Distressed and frustrated. NOT resolved. NOT fixed

If Flash isn't working then contact Adobe - we're just blocking the old, insecure, versions each time there is a new one out.

I have done and provided the links to Mozilla file. Evil Jeff was not interested. Ha! Im now updated to Flash version 23r, it seems to be working. still very slow but less crashes. Its all very well to block what doesnt work but interested in if someone works on what does. and i cant understand why mozilla and adobe cannot work together since this has been going on for so many years. Anyway im back in action, if lagging. Have a great day. Thank you.
ps. support is very hard to access.
