The first page is clipped to just this
No idea what is going on here, because the effect varies based on conditions I don't know how to control. Mostly, it just appears as though text is cut off outside of a box that is too small for the content (as attached). The first time it showed the entire first paragraph.
Note that text outside of the clipped region can still be selected and copied.

I've just checked, and mozregression gives the exact same regression range as in that bug.
